Privacy policy
In short: we ask for a way to reach you so we can reply. We don’t sell your data or pass it to advertisers, and Google Analytics only runs if you agree.
1. Who processes your data
Your data is processed by the agency Raptom Agency (raptom.agency, “we”). For any data question, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
- From lead forms: the phone number, Telegram handle, WhatsApp or email you leave.
- With a lead: the services you ticked, the page the form was sent from and the UTM tags of the ad link.
- While we talk and work: your name, business name, site materials and the details needed for the invoice.
- For ads and SEO: we get access to your ad accounts, Search Console and GA4 as invited users; we use the data only for the work and the reports.
- Anonymous statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
- Only with your consent: Google Analytics 4, see the cookie policy.
3. Why
- to reply to your enquiry and set up the brief;
- to prepare the plan of the pages, the estimate and the invoice;
- to build the site and provide support;
- to meet our legal obligations;
- to understand which sections of the site help, using anonymous statistics.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form; to provide the services you ordered; and to comply with the law (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). For clients in the EU, the same grounds apply under Article 6 GDPR.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. It is processed only by the services the site and our work depend on:
- Cloudflare: site hosting, form handling, anonymous statistics;
- Telegram: lead notifications to the agency’s work chat;
- Google: lead spreadsheets; Google Analytics 4 only with your consent;
- Cal.com: if you book a call through the calendar.
Some of these services store data outside Ukraine. We choose providers that ensure adequate data protection.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them to reply and complete your order, or until you withdraw consent. Payment records are kept for the periods required by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent or object to processing (Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”; Articles 15–21 GDPR for EU residents). Email [email protected] and we’ll handle it without red tape. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS only. Enquiries are accessible only to the people working on your project, and service accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the version date at the top.
