Corporate website development

A website for a company with several lines of business, branches or languages. We plan the structure around your services and cities, set up a CMS your team can update, and connect your CRM and analytics.

This is the proposal you get after the brief.

When

When you need a corporate website

  • More services than pages

New services end up as a list on one page, and Google doesn’t show them.

  • Several branches or cities

Customers can’t see which branch is nearest, and search shows one address.

  • Only a developer can update the site

Changing a price or adding a job opening means writing to a contractor and waiting.

  • Leads get lost

Website enquiries go to email while your sales team works in a CRM.

A structure for your services, branches and team

Every line of business and every branch gets its own page, and your team builds new pages from ready-made blocks in the CMS. We agree the page map before design starts.

What’s included

What’s usually included

  1. Structure and prototype

A page map for your lines of business, services and branches.

  2. Block library

Template designs your team uses to build new pages without a designer.

  3. CMS

Copy, prices, news and job openings without a developer, with roles for your team.

  4. Branch pages

Address, hours, map, their own form and phone.

  5. Integrations

    CRM, analytics, messengers.

  6. Migration and launch

Content from the old site, redirects for old addresses, Search Console checks.

What we can connect

  • CRM
  • Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Search Console
  • Telegram and messengers
  • Google Sheets
  • IP telephony
  • Online payments
  • Accounting system

We check what can be connected at the brief: your system needs an API or a data export.

Price

How we price a project

What it depends on

  1. the number of page types
  2. the number of branches and languages
  3. who prepares the copy and photos
  4. integrations
  5. migrating the old site
  6. what your team needs to edit itself

What you get

  • a proposal: scope, timeline and price
  • a stage plan and what we need from you at each stage
  • a payment schedule by stage

The rule

The price is fixed before we start. If the scope changes, we agree the new amount first.

Stages

Stages and what you get

  1. Brief and review

We talk about the business, its lines, customers and what already works, and look at the current site, accounts and competitors.

You get: a proposal with the scope, stages, price and payment schedule

  2. Structure and prototype

A page map and templates for the key pages.

You get: a prototype you can click through

  3. Design

Mobile and desktop mock-ups of the templates and a set of blocks for new pages.

You get: mock-ups and a block library

  4. Build and integrations

Front end, CMS, forms, CRM and analytics.

You get: a working version on a test address

  5. Content and testing

We move or write the copy and test forms, analytics and redirects.

You get: a tested site ready to launch

  6. Launch and handover

We launch on your domain and train your team on the CMS.

You get: access, a guide and training

Our work

Landing pages for a ceiling installer, a dental clinic and a kitchen maker. They show how we build a page around customers’ questions.

All work

What we need from you

  • access to the current site and domain
  • one person who signs off each stage
  • copy and photos, or time for an interview if we write the copy
  • CRM access for the integration

After launch

We train your team on the CMS and hand over access and a guide. After that you can run the site yourselves or hand us ongoing marketing: new pages, ads, SEO and a monthly report.

Corporate website questions

All questions

Can our team edit the site itself?

Yes. We set up a CMS with roles: a manager adds services, news and job openings without breaking the structure or design. We train the team after launch.

Do you migrate content from the old site?

Yes. We move the pages worth keeping and redirect old addresses to the new ones. What we move and what we rewrite is decided at the structure stage.

What happens to our Google rankings after the move?

We set up redirects and check the site in Search Console after launch. Rankings may fluctuate for a while, and nobody can guarantee them.

Can you connect our CRM?

Usually, yes, if the CRM has an API or webhooks. We check this at the brief and set it out in the proposal.

How long does the project take?

It depends on the scope and on how quickly your team signs off each stage. We set out the stages and the order of work in the proposal.

How do we pay for the project?

In parts, by stage. The payment schedule is in the proposal before we start.
